Description
You will visit the Quattrocieli Winery amid anecdotes and stories coming directly from the entrepreneurial family.
You will create in your personal Blend through guidance in an analysis of the characteristics of different wines so that you can choose the wines with which to create the blend.
You will be given all the tools you need to create and taste your own blend.
A tasting of typical local products to match your blend will be available.
You will finish the workshop with bottling, corking and labeling customized by you!
Expert's presentation
Cellar Quattrocieli was born in Alcamo in 2015, thanks to the willpower and great passion of our father Leonardo. His great dream has always been to produce a wine that could represent Sicily and its terroir in the world.
We, Giuseppe and Valentina, his children, immediately made this dream our own, and so we began to produce our wines under a strict organic regime, choosing the native grape varieties that best express the terroir, so as to offer wines that have all the colors, scents, notes and aromas of Sicily.
