Inside the facility, you can relax, choosing from the various activities offered, including hot and cold trails, and then relax in one of the rest rooms where you can recharge your batteries!

The wellness path includes several options, including:
- Finnish sauna: 90° C, 10-30% atmospheric humidity
- Steam bath: 40° C, 80-100% atmospheric humidity
- Schist stone sauna: 45-60° C, 40-55% atmospheric humidity
- Herbal sauna: 40-60° C, 35-55% atmospheric humidity
The facility also offers a heated swimming pool
