Presale Event "Genius Loci" - Stories of Wine and Culture

Every food, including wine, seems to taste different when tasted where it is produced and conceived. It is as if every place has its own spirit.
From this reflection comes the winning project of the "Marche: from the vineyard to the table" call, "Genius Loci - Stories of wine and culture"; a path made of many stages all touched and crossed during the dinner-event. 

Well 15 evenings proposed.
Each date is a tale of stories and people. 

The menu pits, dish after dish and wine after wine, the history of the producers, the peculiarities of the area, anecdotes, stories of families and places. 

The strong link with the territory will be the common thread that binds participants to the wine tasting told by AIS Marche sommeliers.
A way to approach the world of quality Marche wines not only with the pleasure of the senses but also with the knowledge of the authentic stories behind them. 

Art will serve as a narrative subplot and accompany wines and food.
