Description
The course in the Agricultural Society, consists of a brief theoretical introduction, by an industry insider, to sensory analysis and the chemical characteristics of the oil and then moves on to the tasting technique.
Visit to the oil mill where the various stages of production will be explained, from the milling of the olives to the bottling of fine extra virgin olive oil.

The activity is quite easy, no special clothing is required, and it can be done at any time of the year.
