The structure, an original former ice factory, was purchased by Corrado Montoneri, the same family as the current owners, in 1984.
In 1994 it was used as a banquet hall until 2016 when, due to increased demand from tourists, it was converted into a rooming house.
The hotel "Il Veliero" today has seven well-kept rooms complete with every comfort, and a Restaurant with local cuisine.
The restaurant service, already starting from the rich sweet/savory breakfast, is an added value that will win you over with its simple and genuine flavors.
