In the event of adverse weather conditions such that the Tour cannot be conducted properly, a new date may be arranged directly with the organizer.
If another useful date cannot be found, a refund of the amount paid will follow.
Detailed program of the day:
- 8:30: Transfer will be waiting for you at your accommodation and departure for Sapienza Refuge (about 1h drive).
- 9:30 a.m. Arrive at Sapienza Refuge and free visit to Silvestri Craters and the 2001 eruption fracture.
If you want, you can take advantage of the Etna Cable Car (extra for a fee) to reach up to a maximum altitude of 2540m above sea levelor purchase the Complete Tour up to 2920mt which includes the Cable Car Ticket up to 2540mt and the off-road ride from 2540mt to 2920mt. - 12:30: Departure for Taormina, where the driver will take you up to Porta Messina, access point to the pedestrian area of the city.
From here you can visit the historic center of Taormina or the splendid Greek Theater.
For fans of shopping, Taormina is the ideal place to buy big-brand clothing items, souvenirs and artwork. - 17:30: Departure and return at your facility expected around 6:30 p.m.

For cancellations made up to 3 days before the date of service, there is a penalty of 30% of the amount paid.
For cancellations made with less than 3 days notice from the date of service, there is no refund.
