Bellavista is a three-room apartment with kitchen and terrace suitable for a family vacation with children.
Inside it consists of:
- li>living room with kitchenette,
- 2 bedrooms
- main bedroom is furnished with double bed, single bed and closets
- second bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe
- private bathroom with shower
The apartment is equipped with flat screen TV, oven, refrigerator, toaster, heating.
Thanks to the stone and the location of the 'building, the apartment is naturally cool, so it does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans.
Outside, we find a backyard garden for common use and a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, tables, deckchairs, umbrellas and bbq.

Casa Marsili is located in the center of Lajatico just 2 minutes walk from the main square of the village where you will find Shops, Restaurants and Bars.
The stone house hosts 4 apartments, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the hills.
Outside you will have a garden with a small pool at the back.
Parking available on the road for free throughout the village, regular buses stop 50 meters from the house.
Because of new Covid restrictions, operation of the pool is on an exclusive 2-hour shift basis.
Stay tax: €1.00/night/pax over 12 years old, payable directly on site.
Rate includes:
- Final cleaning fees
- Bed and bath linen
The owner reserves the right to tally the consumption from heating, which will possibly be paid at the end of the stay directly to the owner.

The owner speaks English and German well and knows all of Tuscany well working in tourism for many years.
