The International Fair of the White Truffle of Alba is one of the main showcases of haute gastronomy and Italian excellence.
The heart of the Fair in October, November and December is the Alba White Truffle World Market, an ideal place to appreciate and buy truffles from the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero area.
Inside the Truffle Market is the Alba Truffle Show: the Cooking Show space with great chefs, Sensory Analyses of Truffles, Wine Tasting Experiences, twinnings with territories of food and wine excellence and "marriages of taste" among the hills of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero together with guests, meetings and debates.
But the Fair confirms and expands its educational function with the Alba Truffle Bimbi, the pavilion dedicated to children and their families.
