Bike Trip with Tasting in Monopoli

Get on a mountain bike and explore the countryside of Monopoli together with an expert connoisseur of the area. Riding along ancient beaten earth paths lined with dry stone walls, far from the city traffic, we will reach authentic places, rich in history, where time seems to have stopped centuries ago.

We will visit together rock-hewn churches, crypts carved into the rock that hold medieval frescoes inside, such as the Crypt of Santa Cecilia located inside the Botanical Garden "Lama degli Ulivi", as well as fortified farms that still retain their charm as the beating heart of peasant life.

All surrounded by centuries-old olive and carob trees, true sculptures of nature, which will accompany us along the entire route. The bike ride, suitable also for the less experienced, will start and end in the historic center of Monopoli, where a rich tasting of typical Apulian food and wine products will be waiting for us.
