The facility has two floors: on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom; on the second floor there are two attic rooms with double and single beds that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The Chalet is located in the locality of Baile, 1200 m above sea level, 15 min from Roncegno Terme and is in a sunny and quiet location, immersed in nature, surrounded by a large garden and forest; it offers a very impressive view. Ideal for quiet and relaxing stays, but at the same time perfect starting point for hiking and trekking.
A short distance from the Baita there are two restaurants with typical cuisine and two mountain huts with sales of their own products.
In Roncegno (6 km) there is a supermarket, bus stop, post office, bank, pharmacy. In Borgo Valsugana (14 km) hospital, train station, shopping center and various stores.
The structure is typical of the mountains, made of stones and wood, renovated in a comfortable and cozy way.
Outdoors, in the large garden, there is a barbecue and car parking.
Pets are allowed.
