Description

Mom Giovanna, with the invaluable help of Chef Paolo, offers the opportunity to conduct cooking classes during which you will be able to learn how to prepare our typical Piedmontese dishes. A half-day of fun and teaching, organized directly in our winery. 

How to make a tasty Italian coffee with the mocha? No problem, mamma Giovanna will teach you! Are you thirsty? At your disposal a refrigerator full of wines of our production, you can open the bottles, taste them and drink the different wines of our selection.

And then... at the table all together!

A special occasion to spend a few hours with your family and friends.

Children are welcome!

Information
  • Duration: about 1/2 day
  • We start around 9:30/10 a.m. with a visit to the winery
  • Giving out cookbook and apron
  • Cooking lesson
  • Tasting of 4 wines accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses
  • Aperitif on the terrace
  • Lunch with the dishes that cooked and tasting of Nebbiolo family wines (Nebbiolo, Barbaresco, Barolo) and Moscato
  • Each person will receive a cookbook and an apron

Mom Giovanna doesn't speak English but she can make herself understood well with a wooden spoon in her hand; Paolo knows perfectly well the recipes and the traditions that accompany them and it will be a pleasure for him to let you discover them: together with them you will cook a complete meal: appetizer, first course, second course dessert.
