We are located in Morinesio, a delightful little village with stone and wooden houses and internal roads in natural, located in the Municipality of Stroppo in the Province of Cuneo at an altitude of about 1500 meters, in a beautiful sunny position, on the slopes of Mount Nebin: a natural balcony with spectacular views of the Cottian Alps.
The typical buildings of the area are of Occitan/Provençal Alpine architecture built during the 18th century, renovated in strict respect of local endemisms, through the exclusive use of natural and eco-friendly materials.
It is harmony and flavors of the Occitan and Provençal Alpine mountains: authenticity of the environment, integrity of the territory, typicality of local culture and traditions.

The property provides guests with independent and self-contained apartments of about 60, 50 and 30 square meters, equipped with furnished rooms, exclusive bathroom, equipped kitchen/living room, bedroom, large panoramic balconies with southeastern exposure, storage room and private greenery.
The bedrooms have their own exclusive bathroom and panoramic balcony with southern exposure. All units have independent heating and hot water. They are equipped with SAT TV and Wi-Fi internet connection inside.
