Lesson and Tasting of True Neapolitan Pizza

You will be told the history of pizza and the ingredients you need for real Neapolitan Pizza.
The activity includes the preparation of a margherita pizza from start to finish to tasting.
The course takes place in a historic pizzeria in Naples, equipped with a wood-fired oven, in the immediate vicinity of Mergellina.
A pizzeria, therefore, within walking distance of the seafront so that, once the course is over, you can also enjoy a walk by the sea, get as far as Castel dell'Ovo or eat an ice cream in one of the chalets on Via Caracciolo.
For younger children, the activity is available from age 6; children under 6 can do the activity with their parents.
During the course of-with the help of a Master Pizza Maker-you will prepare margherita pizza firsthand by following all the steps, from making the dough to baking it in a wood-fired oven.
You will not only be shown how to make Neapolitan Pizza, but you will be revealed a few secrets: which flour is good to use, which yeast, how long the dough should rest, how it should be rolled out... and much more!
You will also be told the history of this unique dish, which the whole world tries to replicate.
When the class is over, you will be able to enjoy the pizza you have prepared yourself plus a taste of fried piazza and limoncello or dessert.
Finally, you will be given the recipe for making the real Pizza Napoletana!
