Cooking Class with Aperitif in Sorrento
Gnocchi, ravioli, scialatielli, cannelloni, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, stuffed zucchini flowers, lemon risotto, shrimp in orange leaf....
You will learn how to prepare these or other dishes and finally enjoy them over lunch or dinner with your fellow adventurers.
You will be supervised by the local chef.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail with prosecco wine tasting and sampling of local cold cuts and cheeses such as prosciutto, capocollo, trecce, caciotte, provolone del monaco, caciocavalli.
You will prepare with the support of the chef a menu consisting of a first course of fresh pasta, a second course of meat, fish or vegetables and a dessert, all accompanied by local wine to be prepared, cooked and finally enjoyed together.
You will be able to learn how to cook and then taste all the typical specialties of Campanian cuisine... and finally enjoy them during a lunch or dinner!
