Visit to Prosciuttificio with Tasting of Prosciutto di San Daniele

This experience takes you to discover the production of Prosciutti san Daniele, gastronomic excellence of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia.
We are in San Daniele del Friuli, a town of 8,000 inhabitants in the province of Udine, perched on a hilltop 252 meters above sea level, known worldwide for the production of the eponymous PDO ham.
We visit the farm, one of the oldest San Daniele ham factories, to learn about the various stages of production and aging of this prized cured meat.
At the end of the visit, we will taste a selection of house specialties, accompanied by local cheeses and Friulian Wines.
