In our facility we have a space dedicated to the kitchen where
we organize a COOKING CLASS to teach you how to prepare a dinner
typical Ragusa.

Our raw materials: meat from local farms, vegetables and herbs from our garden, oil from our olive groves, cheese and
local sausages, local legumes, flours made from our grains, the catch of the day from our Mediterranean Sea and caught by the small
local fleet.
