Hazelnuts 360° - Langhe and Roero
We are both the producers and consumers of our hazelnuts. In fact, our activity is based on an agricultural segment, hazelnut groves and shelling, and an artisan segment, confectionery. For several years we have been welcoming tourists who want to deepen their knowledge of the world of hazelnuts, offering an all-round experience, from the cultivation of plants to the tasting of our products. During the visits we do not simply explain to our guests the various methods of processing, but we provide them with a whole series of information aimed at developing their critical sense.
Hazelnut grove: we begin by describing the hazelnut and its 30-year life cycle, then we move on to our method of cultivation and the needs of the plant. In conclusion we explain what happens in our shelling fields: we move to the shelling plant by crossing the farm, where you can see our horses, sheep, chickens and pigs that we raise Pasticceria: we move to the heart of our business.
