In northern Sardinia, in the countryside of the Alghero area, you will find a secluded and out-of-time house where Irene will welcome you like an old friend.
Taking part in this experience will, in fact, be like cooking at a friend's house.
You will prepare fresh pasta:
- Ravioli
- Malloreddus
- Tagliatelle
You will learn how to make a good sauce with simple ingredients, and a small appetizer will be offered between preparations.
You will learn trivia about the food of Sardinia and, finally, you can taste the result of your fun accompanied by a good glass of wine that comes directly from a small vineyard of Cannonau and Vermentino.
You will feel at home in a land waiting to be discovered!
