The workshop will begin with a virtual journey into the world of chocolate, starting with the cultivation of cocoa, the production process, and many anecdotes and trivia!"
The Master Chocolatier himself will reveal secrets and technical-practical notions, a unique opportunity!
The final tasting will not be missing, which will be a sensory moment dedicated to body and soul, taking advantage of the 5 senses.
Based on the age of the participant, the workshop is aimed at the following goals:
- Promote the knowledge and culture of chocolate.
- Recognize through the senses and quantify the value of the product.
- To have another conception of chocolate.
- To know the entire production chain.
- Understand the different actors in the chain.
- The importance of using quality raw materials.
