Already on the threshold, Stratta welcomes you with the intoxicating aroma of a special Origins Coffee.
Imported from Ethiopia and wood-roasted, on-demand, freshly ground, before the customer's eyes as he begins his coffee experience from the aroma.
The cups: Bone China, Villeroy & Boch, which retain the warmth and aroma of exceptional coffee.
Croissants and light and fluffy brioches are prepared every morning in our workshop, with the ingredients of excellence, to make a simple breakfast a moment of joy.
The menu includes:
- Coffee or Cappuccino
- Pastry Brioche
- Tasting of 2 Gioie di Cavour* (boule of Gianduia cream covered with toasted hazelnut and caramellata)
* excluding warm months, in which they are replaced by a selection of small pastries.
Stratta, along with the charm of the store among the oldest and most valuable present under the Mole, has also kept alive all the traditions that made it appreciated by Cavour and made it famous since its birth: since 1836 it has maintained the quality standards of its products unchanged over time.
Entering Stratta's early in the morning, one is immediately enveloped by the heady aroma of coffee, wood-roasted and freshly ground.

For savory lovers our workshop prepares refined sandwiches from endless fillings with seasonal vegetables.
From April to November, Stratta opens its dehor in the prestigious Piazza San Carlo, where you can enjoy your aperitif and spend convivial moments in an exclusive setting.
